JUNIOR NON-LIVESTOCK AUCTION

Each year at the Montgomery County Fair, students come from all parts of the county to take part in the Junior Non-Livestock Shows. In order to exhibit in these shows, students must be a member in good standing of a Montgomery County 4H, FFA Club or school related class. Exhibitors may choose to enter in one of the following divisions: Cakes from Mix, Cakes from Scratch, Decorated Cakes, Candy, Cookies, Pies, Quick Breads, Yeast Breads & Canned Foods. Handicraft I & Handicraft II, Horticulture, Needlecraft, Fine Arts and Photography.

TOTAL RAISED

A total of 75 auction items were sold. In 2023, the Junior Non-Livestock Auction (night-of not counting add-ons) totaled nearly $200,000!

ACCOLADES

Each Non-Livestock Contest competition category, a Grand Champion, Reserve Champion, Third Place, Fourth Place and Fifth Place will be chosen to go to auction.

Pre-Registration will open on March 3, 2025 and will close on April 2, 2025. You may register in person at 6:30pm before the Non-Livestock Auction.

Buyers Registration Process: 2 ways to register

Pre-Registration will be open from February 27 and will close on March 22, 2023.  You may register in person at 6:30pm before the Non-Livestock Auction.

Pre-registration Deadline March 24th 5:00 p.m. to Attend Receptions –

Non-Livestock Auction Buyers:  No Fee but Pre-registration required by March 24th 5:00 p.m.

  •           Bidder Paddle, Reception and Buyer Seating Area included – no one under 21 @ reception.
  •           Pre-Registration after March 24 includes bidder paddle & buyer seating area – opens 6:15 p.m.

Add-On Process: Please click on the fillable PDF Form below and make sure you add the SO #, Exhibitor Name and Dollar amount, print and then to process payments online via credit card please go to the bottom of our Website and click on the “Make a Payment” Button. Once you receive your receipt of payment please send a copy of both Add-On Form and Receipt to [email protected]. For cash & check payments please drop off at the Fair Office 9201 Airport Rd. Conroe, TX 77305.  The Deadline for ALL Add-Ons to be turned in is on or before  April 23, 2021 By 5PM
