Each Auction will be a private event with limited seating for registered buyers only. Invitations will be offered to previous Auction participants.

$250 for 2 guests $100 for each additional guest

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION PROCESS
Please read all information at www.cattleinmotion.com to have the best online auction experience.
You must have high quality – fast internet speeds to ensure the best user experience. Please make accommodations where necessary. Cattle in Motion software is not compatible with all devices so again, please visit www.cattleinmotion.com and be sure to prepare in advance of Auction Day.
Follow the Prompts to Register as a Bidder
Click “Sign Up” in the top right corner to create an online bidder account.
Record or Write down your registration name and your password*
*You will use this information for all MCFA Auctions
Cattle in Motion will charge a $1.00 set up fee at time of registration to verify a viable CC payment option.
ALL WINNING BIDS ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO MCFA, NOT A THIRD PARTY.
Early Bidding (once sale order has been posted)
- Log into the Montgomery County Fair Auctions at www.cattleinmotion.com
- Click “Request to Bid” and accept the terms and conditions
- Once you are approved to bid, Click “View Lots” (posting times above)
- When you wish to bid on a Sale Item/Lot, Click “Place Bid” and follow instructions.
A “Max Bid” can be placed, and the system will automatically bid the lowest amount to win up to the max.
Live Bidding During Auction
- Log into the Montgomery County Fair Auctions at www.cattleinmotion.com
- Up to one hour prior to Auction start you can enter the Auction lobby by clicking “Enter Auction”
- Once the Auction begins, you will see and hear the auctioneer as Lots are presented and can place bids in real-time for your chance to win.
- Winning online bidders will receive email confirmation and instructions on next steps from MCFA.
